7. If you could introduce one new idea or material thing to a primitive culture, what would it be?
If I could introduce a new idea or material thing to a primitive culture it would be to put a bigger emphasis on food. I love food with a passion. I think it should be the center of culture with religion. I believer that food and religion is important because food descibes what a culture is like and religion states the beliefs of one's culture. Food and religion is what primarily differentiates distinct cultures.

8. If you were to describe yourself using a quotation, what would that quotation be? After you have chosen a quote, then write a bit about how it relates to you and reveals what kind of
person you are.
"I'm only me. That is all I can be. No more, no less, don't second guess. I love,
I live, I laugh, I cry. I've wished sometimes that I could die. Some days I'm
funny, others I'm not, sometimes I'm in overdrive and I can't stop. You may not
like me, but that's okay because this is me and how I'll stay." ~ Unknown
This quote relates to me and reveals what kind of a person I am because it is me. This describes my life completely. Sometimes I am really funny and sometimes I am not and if you do not like me then oh well that is your fault. I am not here to please you and I am not going to change for anybody. I love people. I laugh at things, some stupid things. I get emotional and cry. I have wished that I have never even been born. Sometimes I go above and beyond, others I slack off. I love myself and wouldn't change for the world. This is me and you either accept or you don't.

9. Given the authority to establish a holiday, what would you choose to commemorate? Why? What would the celebration look like?
If I were to establish a holiday it would be V-J Day. V-Day is a term used during WWII prior to victory being achieved in Europe and Asia. The term was later replaced by the use of V-E Day (Victory in Europe Day) and V-J Day (Victory over Japan Day) after victory was achieved by the Allies in Europe. I would make V-J Day on September 2nd because that is when the signing of the surrender document occurred. V-J Day is also know as Victory in the Pacific Day of V-P Day. Although the initial announcment was on August 15, they signed the surrender document on September 2nd making the final agreement. This holiday is very important because it was when America defeated Nazi Germany and Japan both. The celebrations would be similar to the Fourth if July.

10. What is the best advice you've ever received? Explain.
The best advice I have ever received was that if you can set your mind to it, you have the power to achieve anything you want to, but you also have to believe in yourself and have a positive attitude. This great advice came from my awesome father. One day we were talking about what I would like to become when I am older and I said I do not know. He said that I could be anything I want to be and that if I put my mind to it, I will achieve and no one can stop me. It has helped me to become a more confident person not just with academics but sports as well. It also has made me more focus on what I want in life. Time goes by fast and I want to be prepared. My dad is filled with great, useful advice, but to me, this is the best and most important.

11. Ask and answer the one important question that a university won't ask you, but you wish they would.
I wish a univeristy would ask me how did I decide to choose the university that I want to go to?
I want to go to the Univeristy of California Los Angeles. I would also like to play waterpolo for UCLA. I decided this college because I want to become a doctor and they have a really good program. Also, they have an excellent women's waterpolo team. They are national champions in the years of 1961, 1971, 1972, 1995, 1996, 1999, 2000, and 2004. They have also won the NCAA title in 2001, 2003, 205, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. The University of Los Angeles fufills both of my requirements that I need for my future. The medical school today has more than 2,000 full-time faculty members, almost 1,300 residents, more than 750 medical students and almost 400 Ph.D. candidates. The UCLA Medical Center has been ranked "Best in the West" by U.S. News and World Report's annual survey of the best hospitals in America for fourteen consecutive years. The medical school is ranked ninth in the country in research funding from the National Institutes of Health and third in the United States in research dollars from all sources.

12. Your life is a movie. Describe the first 15
minutes.

A baby is being born into this world. Expecting parents of a newborn baby girl are anxious and very concerned. The mother has placenta previa which is when the placenta comes
before the baby and blocks the cervix. Doctors finally proceed the cesarean. A huge amount of blood is produced from the c-section. The baby is taken out of the womb very quickly. The parents named her Taylor. Nurses move her to the intensive care unit (ICU) and put her in an incubator. They check her for any problems or birth defects. Nurses monitor the baby's
vital signs. They agreed to a blood transfusion but noticed that she was recovering quickly and did not need it. The hospital was very impressed with the recovery. A little girl almost bleeding to death to being able to pick up her head after an hour of being delivered.
